Over the years during my healing process I have practiced many types of therapies with different methods to access the deepest part of my psyche. This led me to develop my own technique that has helped me to heal experiences and patterns from the subconscious, from my lineage and from past lives that have been stored in the database of cellular memory. And now I share this method with you.
A cellular memory healing and reconfiguration session is a deep and transformative process that works directly with the experiences and patterns stored in the cells of the body. Throughout our lives, and often at an ancestral level, emotions, traumas and limiting beliefs are recorded in our cells, impacting both our physical and emotional health. This therapy seeks to release those blocked memories and reconfigure the negative patterns that may be affecting our well-being.
During the session I guide you to a deep and safe meditation, in which we access the cellular memories that require healing. Through this connection, emotional blockages or traumas from the past are identified and released, allowing the body and mind to experience a deep liberation.
The goal of the session is to restore the natural balance of the body, unblocking areas where energy was stagnant and promoting a new configuration of cellular memory, aligned with healing, personal expansion and the integration of new, healthier patterns. At the end of the session, you will feel lighter, more centered and with greater mental and emotional clarity, as if burdens from the past had been released, facilitating a comprehensive healing process on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
How do I prepare for a session?
A Healing and Cellular Memory Reconfiguration session is a long and deep process. The recommendations I offer you here are simply that, recommendations. Use your discernment and your intuition, and do what you consider to be best for you.
Days before the Session:

Be at least 24 hours without having ingested alcohol.

Try to meditate daily for a week so that your connection is more fluid.
The day of the Session:

Since the session lasts several hours, it is important that you are in a comfortable position, either sitting, in the Lotus Flower position or lying down.

Be in a comfortable place without any interruptions.

Keep pets out of the room so that they do not distract from the session.

Keep your phone on silent or Airplane Mode so that there are no interruptions during the session.

Ideally, be well hydrated.

Have a glass of water and tissues on hand. If you wish, you can put incense and/or have your crystals with you.

On the day of your session, eat light food.
